Yoga at Maisonneuve Park
Every summer we reconnect with nature! Yoga at Maisonneuve Park with Antonella Morun has become increasingly popular during the past few years.
For ten consecutive years since 2010, Yogasanteplus is delighted to offer outdoors community yoga at Maisonneuve Park next to the Olympic Stadium, where classes are rated at an affordable $6 per class*.
What better way to practice Hatha Yoga, around the trees feeling the wind blowing in our face and sharing the space with birds. Designed for those who want to stay fit and healthier or just looking to add some balance on their daily routine, adapted for all levels and to everyone’s needs. We also provide you with blocks as props and give you different options for better accomplishment of postures.
Yoga at the park is really important to us, it’s calm, quiet and we get to just log out of our stressful life. We learn to listen to nature, we learn to sense our surroundings, and we realize and gain a spiritual connection with our true self in the midst of our busy lives.

Classes will be held at Maisonneuve Park, Viau Subway Station Montreal.

To participate :
- No reservations needed.
- Free trial: no subscription needed (new members only)
- Subscription: 5 classes (outdoor activities) for $30 or 1 class $8 (drop-in)
- Method of payment: Paypal, Interac transfer, check.
- We do not accept any payment at the park.

Bring comfortable clothes, a towel, a bottle of `water and a yoga mat. Yoga is practiced on an empty stomach (fasting stay two hours before class).
