Although Hatha yoga in itself is already a therapeutic system; for different health issues some postures are contraindicated and it is highly recommended to practice with a qualified teacher.

Therapeutic yoga is a gentle hatha yoga class, a slow pace of postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditations and relaxation (yoga nidra) that promote a physical and mental healing process. A healing process that balances our immune system (our body’s natural healing response).
These classes are designed for people seeking health, to reduce anxiety, fatigue, depression, insomnia, headaches, and many other health issues.
People going through difficult life events will benefit by learning several techniques for relaxation, self-control, awareness, acceptance, and the capability to focus on a better quality of life. Yoga for the back: Adapted for people with back problems, back pain, poor flexibility, a tailored class with an emphasis on flexibility and strengthening the back, and relaxing the hips, neck, and shoulders.
Yoga for the digestive System: Designed for people suffering from gastrointestinal problems.
Yoga for articulations (joints): Designed for people suffering from arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis.
Yoga anti Stress: This is a gentle yoga class that explores at slow pace postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra); proven techniques for overcoming anxiety and stress, training you to master your mind, and giving you tools to improve your health. A class designed for people seeking relaxation or want to reduce anxiety, fatigue, depression, insomnia, headaches, and many other health issues.
