Hatha Yoga classes Montreal are for all levels and adapted to everyone’s needs, from the initiation (Yoga for beginners), more dynamic and advanced courses, to the more personalized and private therapeutic approach (Prenatal, back pain, digestive system, joints and anti-stress).

Our approach consist in coaching and assisting our students with simple techniques in order to obtain and keep a good physical and emotional health, to relax and reduce everyday stress and maintain a strong immune system. Thanks to the ancient techniques, philosophy and discipline of yoga our students will gain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

I will teach you the art of yoga not only as a physical fitness but also as a therapeutic method and interior self-transformation, thanks to the postures, the meditation, and the pranayamas.

Corporate yoga class:  $ 125 / person, for 10 classes (1 class / week)

Courses Offered 

Introduction to Hatha Yoga:  Introduction of basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama), recommended to people with no experience in the practice of yoga.

Beginner and intermediate Hatha yoga classes: A more advanced yoga postures practice and breathing techniques.

All levels: A yoga class adapted to everyone’s needs. We offer different options and adjustments adapted to everyone’s levels and provide blocks as props for better accomplishment of postures.

Dynamic Yoga flow: A more physically demanding Hatha yoga class. A dynamic sequences of postures, synchronized with respiration. (Bring a towel and a bottle of water, you’ll need it). 

Prenatal Yoga: A gentle and slow paced yoga class adapted for pregnant women.

Our prenatal yoga classes in Montreal consist on the practice of postures, breathing, visualization and relaxations techniques tailored for each pregnancy’s phases. These courses will prepare your emotionally and physically to go through your pregnancy and labor with confidence and serenity. You will experience a state of union with your body and mind, but more especially with your baby. The majority of women who practice prenatal yoga during pregnancy dint need to take the epidural and nurses always asked them if they practiced yoga.  *please check in with your health care provider to ensure that Yoga is right for you.

Yoga in the park: Classes of outdoors Hatha Yoga at the park (all levels). 

Yoga in the workplace: 45 to 60 minutes of hatha yoga in the morning, during lunch break or after work hours will help you relax, energize, improve your concentration and increase your creativity. Yoga postures adapted for an office space, together with breathing exercises (pranayamas) and relaxation techniques, it will help you be more productive, more efficient and more satisfied in your everyday life. 

Therapeutic Yoga: Although Hatha yoga in itself is already a therapeutic system, for different health issues some postures are contraindicated and it is highly recommended to practice with a qualify teacher.
